It seems a bunch of people have decided that getting together in zombie makeup and shambling about various towns is a bright idea.
Idiots, all of them! There are large numbers of people, who's first impulse upon spotting a zombie is to destroy the brain or decapitate the thing.
This is carnage waiting to happen.
